USA buyers have to pay tariff and other related fees.

Local pickup available in the westend Wolf Willow area of Edmonton. Ab. Canada. Hours are 10am to 10pm 7 days a week. I'll send an email with the info you need for pickup. There is a minimum order value of $2.00 to help with fees and stuff.

Accepting Stripe and Paypal payments. No cash payments on local pickups.

I do my shipping on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Bricks, Minifigures and Style.

Please be aware of the issue with (brittle brown) reddish brown pieces. I have checked my used stuff for cracks prior to shipping and I wont send out anything that is broken or cracked.

New Bricks are parted out from new sets, bought from pick a brick wall, and my own collection of new parts that have not been used. New does not mean "MINT" due to how Lego packages parts in sets, shipping, handling, sorting and storage, etc.

Mini-figures are assembled and are as shown on Brickowl unless otherwise stated. As of October 2025 New Figs are no longer assembled. They are packaged in individual baggies.

My used parts have all been cleaned and inspected prior to being included in my inventory. Used parts may have small surface scratches and blemishes associated with minimal use. If it's not good enough for my personal collection, it’s certainly not good enough for my Brickowl store.
Picking/Packing/Shipping.

Charlie’s Brick Shop will pick and pack your order with care and will try to separate your pieces depending on package size and dimensions.

I strive to ship ASAP. Depending on the volume of orders on hand and holidays your order can take up to 2 days to be picked, packed and shipped.

Holidays, weather, strikes and weekends will affect your shiping times once in the hands of Canada Post or Chit Chats.

Border crossings and customs for international orders can affect shipping times.

Orders will not be shipped untill payment has been received via PayPal or Stripe.

Once shipped your order status will change from Processed to Shipped and a message will be sent via Bricklowl confirming shipment details if applicable. These are Brickowl generated messages and do not require a response.

Charlie’s Brick Shop is not liable for lost packages once in the hands of Canada Post or Chit Chats.
Receiving order.

Upon receiving your order please change Brickowl order status to RECEIVED.

Once you've counted and confirmed the order is complete I would appreciate possitive feedback.

If there are any problems with your purchase such as a wrong part or incorrect quanity please let me know before leaving feedback. I will make every effort to make it right!
